We offer a continuous or non-stop testing service, primarily with railbound vehicles. In continuous mode, the test vehicle collects data at speeds of up to 50 mph or 80 km/h, or 120-160 miles per day or 190-260 km per day. Test data is uploaded to an analysis center where the data is reviewed by experts who determine the locations requiring manual verification. Verification is then performed by ultrasonic experts using Sperry’s walking stick technology to confirm the existence of defects.

Continuous testing offers significant benefits to railroads through less interference with day-to-day operations and the ability to increase testing frequency without sacrificing test quality or economics.
