Annual Safety Leadership Meetings

Sperry Rail will be holding two annual Safety Leadership Meetings in North America this spring. The meetings for United States, Mexico and Canada based Sperry employees are being held in Memphis, Tennessee and Winnipeg, Manitoba where combined groups of over one hundred Sperry Chief Operators will review the Company’s ongoing focus on railroad and personnel safety. The annual meetings include detailed reviews of safety operations and include comprehensive roadway worker training. As well, the Company takes the opportunity of the gatherings to update personnel on innovation and engineering improvements that enhance safety, reduce risk, and provide Sperry with the tools to work more efficiently and effectively. The content and focus of the meetings are brought to the wider field operations by the Chief Operator attendees to ensure all employees benefit from the Company’s focus on safety.
