We founded the Sperry School of Rail Testing to give our employees and our customers unprecedented access to our depth of knowledge and an opportunity to learn from recognized experts in the field.

The only training facility of its kind in the world, the Sperry School provides hands-on training with a focus on safety. The School includes a simulation room, an extensive rail laboratory with the most inclusive collection of rail defects in the world, a hi-rail vehicle, and a 1/4-mile test track that allows students to practice using actual equipment to identify defects.
